Nathan Alkemade

someone.health Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I'm Nathan 👋

My role is to help you develop the skills to better manage your emotions and make myself redundant. The goal is to get difficult emotions out of the way from you living the life you want.

I hope to leave you with a range of skills that will not only help you now, but also make you better prepare to manage whatever other challenges life will throw your way in the future.

I see this as something we do together, so I need to understand you as a person to help you develop these skills. It’s like building a toolbox of the best skills that suite you as a person.

I’m mindful that starting therapy is a difficult step to take, so we will only move at a pace with which you are comfortable.
