Hi, I'm Nicola
I am a warm and accepting psychologist, and people tend to quickly feel at ease with me.
I see the problems that we experience as human beings as part and parcel of our human experience, yet at the same time, as being very solvable, when we have the support, and the methods that work, to bring real change for good to our lives.
I help people to begin to feel a greater sense of confidence and control, as they begin to discover for themselves that they can change their lives for the better. This is the most satisfying part of being a psychologist for me!
