I am genuinely interested in getting to know each of my clients, including their goals, aspirations, setbacks, and challenges. I tailor my approach to each individual to make sure they receive the service they need to live the most fulfilled version of their life.
I am an empathetic, patient, and compassionate psychologist and I really enjoy helping others overcome mental health challenges.
I like to use a caring and direct approach with all my clients, to work on whatever current, past, or future life stressors they may be experiencing.

Nina has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Criminology), a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced, and a Master of Professional Psychology.
She holds general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Nina is a registered psychologist with experience working in clinical and forensic settings. Nina has worked with people of all ages and genders throughout her career so far. She particularly enjoys working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction and problematic substance use, ADHD, and other life stressors. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify areas of concern and create achievable goals to work towards together. Nina utilises therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT) with her clients.
