Hi, I'm Pinar 👋

I am a supportive, empathetic psychologist with 9 years of clinical and rehabilitation experience. I have worked with people from all walks of life over the years and I am passionate about guiding individuals through life’s changing ways.

We’re all looking to feel comfortable with our treating clinicians and I can support you through various areas of mental health and life transition matters. You can count on evidence-based, professional approach to suit your needs.

My approach primarily focuses on ‘here and now’, bringing mindfulness, and cognitive behaviour therapy into the sessions to enable exploration and growth. Goal-setting, psycho-education, and supportive counselling are all embedded into the sessions.
