Hi, I'm Regina
I am passionate about living mindfully in each and every moment. I will be inviting you to develop a different way of being with your experience that brings you to the session. And that makes me feeling privileged and humble as I am having the opportunity to walk with you on your path to healing.
I am appreciative of your resources and will help you unlocking further resources and your inner wisdom. The work we are going to do will help you developing a sustainable and meaningful way forward.
My approach is a NOW-approach, however. Being present can be painful, in particular when it is difficult and overwhelming. That is why we need a lot of self-compassion in our lives. And we will explore ways of being mindful and responding with self-compassion as part of living more fully.
