Hi, I'm Reiko 👋

Empowering my clients to have the skills necessary to navigate difficulties in life is important in the work I do with them. Those skills may be mindfulness, acceptance, flexibility, reflection, patience or confidence. I work with clients to build these skills by looking at the here and now, and what we do and don’t have control over.

I enjoy working together with clients so that they can reach their goals in life. Whether that be being able to go out with friends, completing studies, working in a role they enjoy, or having a healthy relationship with themselves and others.

I can imagine reaching out to make an appointment will be a “change” for a lot of people, and I look forward to working with you to hopefully guide that “change” in a direction that will land on a path of living through the things that are important to you.
