Hi, I'm Robert
While experiencing mental ill-health is difficult, please know that it also presents a unique opportunity for growth and self-empowerment. The fact that you are reading this right now shows that you see this (however clearly or unclearly) potential too.
It is my aim to support you on your mental health journey by offering a safe, approachable, non-judgemental, respectful, empathic, and appropriately challenging therapeutic environment.
