Talking and being vulnerable takes an incredible amount courage and bravery and I know this is hard work and exhausting work.
My goal is always to create psychological safety and to meet you where you are at. I believe that being a psychologist is a true privilege and I always recognize that you are the expert of your own experience.
I look forward to creating a safe space for us to work together to help you to get to where you want be.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honours as well as a Master of Clinical Psychology.
Sally has completed additional training in several evidence based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
Sally is also trained in attachment focused parenting programs including Circles of Security and Tuning into Kids/Teens.
Sally is passionate about trauma informed practice, attachment and mindfulness based interventions.
Sally has extensive experience supporting children, young people and adults with issues including anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, interpersonal difficulties, body image concerns, stress management and learning difficulties.
Sally particularly enjoys working with children and young people as well as parents.
