Hi, I'm Sanja
I look forward to working with you!
My approach to therapy is for us to work collaboratively to better understand your emotional and mental blocks, and how these blocks can impact on you living your best life.
I use a holistic approach to tailor the intervention to your needs, and will work with you to identify the goals you would like to target in therapy.
My approach is positive, warm, explorative, and solution-focused.
