Sara Partow

someone.health Psychologist

Hi, I'm Sara 👋

Congratulations for standing up and asking for help. What a great step to take! I am here to help you learn how to help yourself.

Maybe you are under stress, or experiencing depression or anxiety, relationship problems or social withdrawal. Perhaps you suffer from insomnia or want to change your relationship with food, or you are in a life transition stage and having difficulty adjusting. You might have a disability or chronic health condition, or you simply might have not been yourself lately and would like to change that.

I can support you and help you take charge of your life.

I have a personalised care approach to therapy, meaning I believe each person is unique and that no single treatment works for everyone. I would work with you in a way that suits your desires, needs and abilities: a tailored care, support and treatment approach, based on compassion, dignity and respect for you, the live you have lived so far, and the life you plan to live from this moment on.
