Hi, I'm Sasha
Well done for making it this far! I’d love to work with you to further harness your bravery to go and get whatever you want for your life. This includes relationships, which can be hard, but also so fulfilling.
If that’s not your current experience, I’d love to work together to figure out attachment styles, or better conflict resolution or self regulation skills. I believe everyone deserves to be supported in all of life’s transitory moments and that relationship with ourselves and others can be a cocoon for healing. It would be my privilege to journey with you.
Sasha's ready to help you improve your mental health.
