People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. I understand what a big step it can be to make that first call. I offer a warm, safe place for you to share where you are at, and explore what may be going on for you.

We can work together to come up with ways for you to understand your situation better and to enjoy your life more. I consider it an honour to be with people in this way and I look forward to meeting you.

Academic Credentials

Sha is a registered psychologist with with the Australian Health and Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is also a fully qualified counsellor.

She is three months away from submitting her psychology doctoral thesis focusing on First Nations research.

Sha is skilled in a variety of evidence-based approaches including Narrative Therapy (NT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and others.

Counselling Experience

Sha has experience working with people across the life span from primary school aged kids (having worked in primary and secondary schools) to the elderly. She has worked in youth mental health (for those aged 12 - 25 years) and in aged care settings, and as an online counsellor.

Sha has also worked for NDIS (the national disability health scheme) with people living with a range of different abilities; with children on the autism spectrum; and people in the LGBTQIPA+ community.

Sha enjoys working with First Nations people.
