Hi, I'm Shuktika đź‘‹

Life can get challenging, so I’m glad that you’ve reached out for help. I’ve always believed that finding the right psychologist is like finding the right pair of shoes – if we’re going to be on this journey for a while, we want to be comfortable!

Having worked with a diverse group of people, I recognise that we are all unique and our individual strengths and interests will support our journey towards wellness. My style is collaborative and person-centred, and I want to help you create real and meaningful change in your life.

I look forward to meeting you and working together to reach your potential and achieve your goals – however distant they may seem to you now. This process takes work, but we’re in this together.
