Sophia completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, followed by a post-graduate Masters degree in Psychology.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Sophia will admit she is relatively new to practicing therapy having graduated her Masters in 2021. However, she is extremely passionate and driven by a heart to genuinely create change in peoples lives.
Sophia has a keen interest in working with people experiencing stress and anxiety, body image concerns, disordered eating, low-self esteem, interpersonal and relationship conflict, sleeping problems, as well as health and lifestyle concerns.
She will endeavour to provide her complete efforts to meet your needs and create the experience you are seeking.
