Hi, I'm Sophie
Lovely to see you’ve reached this point in your journey. Taking the first step to seek help is often the hardest part!
I view mental health through a philosophical lens of what it is to live a dignified and purposeful existence. While addressing distress is important, I believe it equally important to foster dreams and goals to minimise distress re-occurring.
I value working collaboratively with clients to achieve optimal mental health. I love helping clients to identify barriers to growth and to help them achieve their personal goals.
Sophie's ready to help you improve your mental health.
