I’m a Psychologist who helps people cope with the challenges we all face in life from time to time, as well as more serious psychological issues.
I emphasise developing a good connection with you, and supporting you without judgement or criticism. I use a positive approach based on your strengths.
I try to help you view situations objectively, challenge unrealistic thinking, and help you understand how to improve the situation while accepting what you can’t change. I look forward to speaking with you and seeing if I can help.

Steven has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Sydney University and is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
I have been a Psychologist for more than 15 years and have experience helping a wide range of people from all walks of life cope with personal challenges and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, relationship stress/breakdown, difficult communication, lack of assertiveness, stress and coping with uncertainty.
My main techniques are mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, building resilience and relaxation skills, but each person is unique and I adapt my approach to your needs.
