Hi, I'm Teresa 👋

I am very mindful that despite differing socio-economic or cultural backgrounds, each of us carries our own mental health challenges or burdens, at times. I am committed to working with you on a personal and confidential level to assist, and empower you, to deal with whatever concern you share with me.

My approach is compassionate, open-minded, and collaborative, and I employ various strategies and techniques that will best suit you as an individual, to help you reach a more peaceful mind and implement positive change.

I look forward to starting that healing journey with you.
