I am a caring and empathetic psychologist who believes in the power of therapy to generate positive changes in your life. I believe in providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your experience and develop a greater understanding of your emotional state, so you can cultivate healthier and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
I look forward to working collaboratively with each one of my clients, using a person-centred approach that considers our uniqueness as individuals.

Thayane completed an Honours Degree in Psychology, is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Thayane is also trained in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness skills training and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Thayane has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, domestic violence, disordered eating, low self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties.
She also has extensive experience working with culturally linguistically diverse clients.
