I value every person that I see. It is my pleasure and privilege to develop a counselling relationship with people and to see the progress and growth that people make throughout the counselling process.

Academic Credentials
Tina has completed a Master’s Degree in Psychology at Monash University. She is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has Educational and Developmental Psychology endorsement.
She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and is also a AHPRA Psychology Board approved supervisor.
Tina is trained and experienced in several evidence- based psychological approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Family Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy and Creative Therapy.
Counselling Experience
Tina has over 22 years experience working as a psychologist. She has worked in community health, mental health, rehabilitation, educational and private practice settings.
Tina has extensive experience working with people across the lifespan. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.
Tina has experience and an interest in working with people experiencing a range of presenting concerns. Examples of presenting concerns include anxiety, depression, low self esteem, interpersonal difficulties, work related issues and perfectionism to name a few.
She also has a keen interest in working with adolescents and young adults.
