Hello! My name is Toni. I am a dedicated Clinical Psychologist and Coach passionate about working with those wanting to live life according to what matters most – even if you are not sure what that is at the moment. I aim to help you cultivate curiosity and develop the strength and tools to live your life to the fullest extent possible. I am passionate about assisting people navigate transitions and adjustments in their lives.
I work with young adults, adults, and older adults who may be experiencing difficulties with work/study, burnout, sleep issues, anger, life transitions, adjustment issues, and anxiety and phobias. My approach is person-centred and values based, tailoring my clinical interventions to your individual needs. I use a gentle, open, and compassionate approach meeting you where you are right now.

Toni completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical), a Master of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Toni is trained in several evidence-based approached, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and the Gottman method for working with couples. Toni's therapeutic approach also includes modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and techniques from Narrative Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Toni has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including young adults, adults, and older adults. She has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety and phobias, perfectionism, procrastination, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, work/study, burnout, sleep issues, anger, life transitions and adjustment issues.
