Hi, I'm Tony
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is the power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom” – Viktor E. Frankl.
We all fall on hard times. Darkness and malevolence are part of the human condition, and tragedy often strikes when we least expect it. The counterbalance is a deep human connection – a helping hand or guiding light. The first step to getting that help is often the hardest, and finding the right person is important.
I see the role of myself, the psychologist, as your advocate; the person in your corner who unconditionally has your back. I see you as the expert of your life and past experiences, and the architect of your own life. My approach is simple. I create a warm and non-judgmental space for you us to collaboratively and creatively work to create meaningful and sustainable change. I’ll listen empathetically, point out maladaptive patterns, connect the dots between thoughts and actions, and provide you with the tools needed to break through your barriers.
There is light at the end of the tunnel. Freedom and growth are within your grasp, and you have already taken the first step. I look forward to working with you.
