    I am a compassionate and creative psychologist, and have a deep respect for my clients’ personal experiences, values and cultural histories. 

     I have a collaborative therapeutic style and work hard to provide effective, evidence based psychological treatments and strategies to address each client’s specific concerns.

    Academic Credentials

    Tracey has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Psychology from UNSW. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

    Tracey’s postgraduate training includes the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, behavioural health management, and career counselling.
    Tracey draws on a combination of treatment approaches including Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to help clients achieve emotional, social and physical wellbeing

    Counselling Experience

    Tracey has been a Registered Psychologist for more than 20 years and has worked with clients of all ages presenting with a range of personal, health, relationship and career concerns.
    During her career Tracey has worked as a Psychologist in the public and private health sector, including the Department of Clinical Psychology, Sydney University, the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre at UNSW, Corporate psychological services with KPMG, and on several Psychology research programs in Australia and overseas.
    Tracey has extensive experience working with clients with anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, interpersonal and relationship difficulties and clients experiencing work related stress and undergoing career change.
