Troy Bryden Psychologist

Hi, I'm Troy 👋

Solution-focused approach to providing holistic support. I believe that people are capable and resilient, and get the best outcomes by looking inwards and also at the systems they exist within such as the workplace, checking alignment based on personal values, preferences and individual attributes.

I focus on goal-directed behavior, and coping with challenges such as financial stress or anxiety, high-performing anxiety and workplace stress and burnout. I believe this area can be of tremendous risk or protection to ones well-being, and that one can positively leverage it to improve the quality of their life.
