Hi, I'm Vi-An
I’m looking forward to working together with you! I am passionate about intersectional mental health and empowering people to own their story. I offer counselling and coaching, using positive psychology and trauma-informed therapy in my practice.
Most importantly, I am passionate about talking about the impact of culture and gender on mental health. If you want to explore how your gender or cultural identity might relate to your experiences at work, school or relationships, this is something I’m happy to help explore.
Vi-An's ready to help you improve your mental health.
