Academic Credentials

Vitra completed a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Practice, Master of Science in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Sciences. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have memberships with both the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Vitra Is trained in several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Counselling Experience

Vitra has experience working with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents and adults. She as a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, adjustment issues, grief and interpersonal difficulties. She has worked in private practice and employment services.
