Hi, I'm Wendy
Are you searching for help to stop those thoughts going around and around your head? Do you want to sleep better, be less anxious, and smile and have fun again?
Then, make an appointment to speak to me and together we can explore how we can help you to move your mind, and find a positive pathway to understanding, acceptance and relief – to reconnect with your inner self.
I have particular interest in clients who experience high levels of Executive and Workplace stress, Anxiety, Depression, Pain Management and difficulty adjusting to life changes – such as Vocational decisions, moving house, workplace/life, balance, change in relationships, children moving out of home, Grief & Loss and Health adjustments such as cancer diagnosis.
As a Psychologist, I have a keen interest in working with clients who are proactive and enjoy watching the changes as they learn how the ‘Mind’ can be Moved’ to make positive psychological change. Thus empowering you the client, to move forward, to reach your dreams, goals and life outcomes.
I have a warm, empathic and non-judgmental approach, which provides an easy connection for clients (a bit like talking to a hairdresser!) that further encourages a working together concept to assist me to meet your challenges and needs.
