I have been growing my family over the last few years and I am so excited to be getting back into providing therapy to those seeking support to change habits.

Zahra completed her Bachelor of Psychology in Sydney in 2008 and completed her full registration in Hurstville Penshurst Learning Links.
Zahra uses various diagnostic tools and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and behavioural change techniques.
Zahra has experience providing drug and alcohol solution based therapy via telehealth. Zahra is keen to help clients wishing to change their habits, whether it be smoking, drugs or weight.
Zahra has worked with children and adults in community mental health and hospitals.
