What we treat
I'm a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience providing individual and group therapy to young people, adults, and their families. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing a broad range of mental health concerns and challenging life experiences, tailoring treatment to each person's needs and goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Science, an Honours degree in Neuroscience, an Honours degree in Psychological Science, and a Master of Clinical Psychology. Alongside my studies, I worked as a Mental Health Clinician and Team Leader supporting adolescents and adults across a range of mental health settings. Throughout my career, I have worked in public hospitals, private practice, schools, and with NDIS participants. These diverse experiences have given me a broad understanding of the many factors that influence mental health, wellbeing, and recovery. I am passionate about helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
