Your questions, answered

01What is Swift?

Swift is Someone.health’s new booking platform and patient management system.

Swift is now used to manage your bookings, records, reminders and more, all in one place.

02Do I need a new login?

Your account has already been moved to the new system, so the email you use will still be the same. You only need to set a password, and you’re all set.

Set a password here.

03Why do I have to create a new password?

Because passwords cannot be transferred between systems, you will need to set a new password the first time you sign in. Set a password here.

04Are my appointments saved? Will they change?

Yes. All your upcoming appointments, as well as your appointment history, have been carried over exactly as they were booked. The only thing that has changed would be the telehealth links to access your psychology session. You will receive an email with the new links before your scheduled appointment.

To manage your profile and appointments, set your new password and sign in here.

05Why do I need to re-verify my phone number and email?

We will need to confirm that we’ve matched you to the right record and that no one else can claim your account during the changeover. You may also set two-factor authentication to make your account even more secure.

The verification also makes sure appointment reminders, telehealth links and receipts keep reaching you. We will be sending these both by SMS and email.

06Why do I still need to provide my credit card details?

A $100 fee will apply if you miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Our cancellation policy requires that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you want to change or cancel your appointment.

Your card details are stored securely with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or hold your card number ourselves.

07What happens to my Medicare, referral and care plan details?

Your records and documents are carried across. To manage your records, set a password here.

For your next booking, we may ask you to quickly confirm if they are still current.

08Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Set up a password here to manage all your appointments in one place. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our support team at [email protected] to help you with your upcoming appointments.

Please note that our cancellation policy still applies. Changes to your appointment should be requested 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, a $100 no-show or late cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.

09Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Your information was transferred securely and is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We only collect what we need to provide your care.

10Where is my information stored?

All your information is now stored on servers based in Sydney, Australia.

Your records, documents and appointment history are held on infrastructure we run ourselves.

Still have questions?

Our support team can help you further with your enquiries.
