What we treat
I am a compassionate and experienced psychologist who takes a collaborative, person first approach to working with clients. My emphasis is on building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship so clients feel safe, understood, and supported. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychological therapies, including cognitive behavioural approaches (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other modalities. Everyone and their situation is unique, so I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, goals, and pace. I value careful assessment, practical strategies, and thoughtful therapy as the foundation for meaningful and lasting change and helping you reach your goals.
I’m a registered psychologist with further qualifications in counselling. I have experience providing therapy across private practice, education, and organisational settings, which has shaped my practical, real-world approach to care. I often work with people who are feeling overwhelmed by work pressures, anxiety, low mood, life transitions or the realities of living in a busy world. My approach is collaborative and supportive, and I place a strong emphasis on building trust so clients feel comfortable and understood. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on practical strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable. I’m committed to ongoing learning to ensure I provide thoughtful, high-quality care.; Community mental health Mental Health Rehabilitation Schools and Education Departments Private practice
