What we treat
You may feel overwhelmed by your emotions or unsure how to make sense of them. I work with adults who want to better understand their inner world in a way that feels compassionate and non-judging. Rather than seeing your struggles as something “wrong” with you, I view your thoughts, emotions, and patterns as meaningful responses shaped by your experiences, ones that made sense at the time, even if they no longer serve you now.
Using CBT, Schema Therapy and other evidence-based approaches, we explore the emotional patterns and unmet needs underlying your difficulties, helping you develop a clearer understanding of yourself and more fulfilling ways of relating to both yourself and others. Together, we work toward greater emotional clarity and more secure, meaningful relationships.
I am a psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney. I specialise in helping people make sense of emotional barriers whether it's depression, anxiety, anger, or loneliness and make space for a sense of confidence and clarity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace.; I have experience working across a range of settings, including private practice, university, research, youth early intervention, crisis support and a private hospital.
