Hello, I’m Dr. Sally, a registered psychologist passionate about supporting people to understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy, tailoring sessions to your individual needs and goals. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I also value understanding each person’s cultural background, personal experiences, and individual strengths. In our sessions, we work together to understand your experiences, recognise unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies to support your wellbeing. Whether you need someone to listen, support through a difficult period, or guidance in building coping skills, we will work at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, build confidence, strengthen resilience, and create a more fulfilling life.
