What we treat
I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them develop greater self-understanding, flexible thinking and healthy coping strategies. I aim to help clients develop insight, resilience and confidence so they feel empowered to take positive action, work towards their goals and make meaningful, lasting change. I have a particular interest in working with clients who are exploring identity, life direction, career development and personal growth. I have previous experience in corporate & NFP roles which help with understanding of complex workplace wellbeing, performance and organisational challenges, as well as how personal difficulties can affect these areas. My therapeutic style is calm, authentic, collaborative and person-centred. I work alongside each client to develop a shared understanding of their experiences and draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs, goals and circumstances.
