What we treat
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience across multiple mental health settings with clients experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, stress and depression.
My passion lies in helping my clients live meaningful and fulfilling lives. With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families dealing with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
My professional journey has been shaped by a deep belief in the transformative power of understanding and compassion. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that is both empathetic, non-judgmental and collaborative. I draw on multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema Therapy to tailor treatment plans to suit the unique needs of each individual and empower my clients to navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness.
