What we treat
As a dedicated and compassionate registered psychologist, my passion is helping people build the resilience and practical skills needed to thrive through life’s difficulties. Over my six years of practice, I have specialized in guiding clients through the complexities of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and burnout. My therapeutic approach blends the goal-oriented strategies of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) with the mindfulness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all while utilizing Motivational Interviewing to help you connect with your inner drive for change. Together, we will co-create a tailored toolkit focused on true recovery. I am committed to providing an inviting, gentle environment where you can feel deeply listened to, equipped with real-world tools, and fully empowered to cultivate lasting mental wellness.
