I am a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Western Sydney University. My professional journey has taken me through a variety of psychological settings, including both inpatient units and private practice, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how to support people through different stages of recovery. I am a registered DBT clinician specializing in helping clients navigate complex challenges and spark meaningful behaviour change. My goal is to ensure you never leave a session empty-handed; I focus heavily on providing practical tools that empower you to take on daily stressors with confidence. Together, we will work collaboratively to design a personalized therapeutic experience that respects your individuality and supports your lasting well-being.; I am a registered Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) clinician, and I possess specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Throughout my career, I have successfully supported a wide variety of client presentations—including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and burnout—utilizing a collaborative, skill-building approach to facilitate positive behavior change and sustainable recovery.
