Hi, I’m Kate

Welcome to my bio! I’m Katharine (but feel free to call me Kate)_,_ my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I’m a committed Clinical Psychologist with a keen interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also provide a range of other evidence-based interventions tailored to address various mental health conditions across the lifespan. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and prioritising a client-centred approach in our work together. I understand that navigating mental health challenges can be tough, and I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable and empowered. In addition to my clinical expertise, I have pursued further education in organisational psychology, which has provided me with valuable insights into navigating the complexities of work and life. I recognise the ways in which workplace dynamics can affect mental health and impact our overall well-being and personal relationships. I aim to explore methods to support these interconnections. Therapy should be enriching and practical, enhancing your life while allowing you to meet your daily commitments. I am committed to working at a pace that feels right for you, ensuring that our sessions leave you feeling equipped to continue with your life outside therapy. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward improved mental health and well-being.
