I am a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and workplace/ relationship challenges. I use evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, and mindfulness, combined with a practical, collaborative style that focuses on what truly works for each person. Alongside my psychology training, I hold an international MBA, which enhances my work supporting performance, leadership, and wellbeing in professional settings. My aim is to make therapy feel safe, clear, and empowering—so you can move forward with confidence and balance.
