Qualifications

- Psychologist, completing a Masters of Psychology in Sport in 2002 - Diploma of Auslan, completed 2025 - Internationally Registered Yoga Therapist with IAY-T since 2022 - Professional Development Certificate in Evidence-Based Executive Coaching, Institute of Coaching and Counselling Psychology, University of Sydney, 2017; I’ve worked as a Psychologist since becoming registered in 2002. In this profession, I have experienced myriad roles including management, learning and development, university lecturing and tutoring, sport and performance enhancement psychology, and executive coaching. Currently, I deliver group therapy at Ramsay Clinic Macarthur to adolescents and adults experiencing mental health challenges. Since 2018, I’ve used yoga as a movement-based therapy to enhance wellbeing, and specialise in delivering trauma-informed, accessible yoga to support people impacted by trauma and family violence, and people with brain-related, physical, and intellectual disabilities. I have designed, developed, and delivered various educational courses in the training of yoga teachers and yoga therapists.
