What we treat
I am a Clinical Psychologist Registrar dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I employ a compassionate, evidence-based approach to assist individuals in navigating emotional and psychological challenges.
I am a registered psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Western Sydney. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, empowering environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, all tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am also trained in the Cool Kids Program and Integrated Family Intervention for Child Conduct Problems.; I have experience in private practice providing individual and family therapy, as well as conducting psychometric assessments. I have supported clients with anxiety, depression, grief, work stress, chronic pain, stress, interpersonal difficulties and families facing children's emotional and behavioural challenges. While I am particularly interested in working with adults, I also enjoy supporting children and families.
