What we treat
I’m a registered psychologist who offers a thoughtful and supportive space for people navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief, difficult adjustments, and periods of change. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as EMDR and cognitive behavioural approaches. Together we explore what may be shaping your current challenges while developing practical ways to move forward. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and able to make meaningful and lasting changes.
I am a registered psychologist with training and clinical experience across South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia. I have worked with adults facing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and complex life challenges in a range of settings. My work integrates evidence-based therapies including EMDR and cognitive behavioural approaches within a trauma-informed framework. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure the care I provide is thoughtful and effective.; I have experience working with adults navigating all kinds of life challenges and also people just seeking a fresh perspective or guidance. My work has included supporting people dealing with the effects of past trauma, ongoing stress, anxiety and low mood, and challenges around sexual identity, meaning, and direction in life. Across different clinical settings, I have worked with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences, helping them better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping and relating.
