A little about me
Sometimes, knowing *what* you need to change is much easier than knowing *how* to change it. You might understand your patterns, know what you “should” be doing, or have tried therapy before — but still find yourself feeling stuck. This is where I can help.
I’m Rachael, a Clinical Psychologist who takes a warm, curious and practical approach to therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what is really going on, without feeling judged, rushed or expected to have everything figured out.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional difficulties and chronic pain. I’m particularly interested in helping people understand the patterns that keep them stuck, make sense of their experiences, and develop practical ways to respond differently.
For me, good therapy is not about trying to “fix” you. It is about developing a better understanding of yourself, building skills to navigate difficult moments, and creating meaningful changes that can continue beyond the therapy room. Rather than relying on one therapy or a fixed formula, I tailor our work to you — your experiences, personality, circumstances and goals.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported while working towards changes that matter to you.
