Grounded in the belief that symptoms reflect past adaptive survival needs, I use the memory reconsolidation framework to help clients transform symptom-driven patterns for lasting change. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities to meet diverse client needs.
A registered General Psychologist. My clinical interests include Neurodivergent clients (ADHD, ADD and ASD), personality disorders (such as borderline personality disorder), attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, and complex trauma. I am committed to supporting clients in building resilience and achieving meaningful personal growth. I am trained in Coherence Therapy, EMDR (Levels 1 & 2), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I employ integrative, evidence-based techniques to provide individualized care that honours each client’s strengths, values, and life experiences.; I have been providing psychological services in both telehealth and in-person settings, working with individuals across backgrounds and age groups for over 3 years.
