Teaching enables me to keep abreast of the latest evidence-based practices, fuelled by my passion for continuous learning and supported by my academic background, including a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne. My diverse skillset allows me to help people overcome challenges like anxiety, stress, and trauma, using gentle, evidence-based techniques. I focus on providing practical tools to help people feel more in control, calm, and confident in their daily lives. I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to create strategies that suit needs and goals. I am committed to ongoing learning to ensure I provide the best possible care to support mental well-being with the people I work with.
