What we treat
Welcome! Life rarely offers a dedicated space to just focus solely on ourselves and our own needs. I don't take for granted what it can take getting to this point. So good on you for taking this step.
Although I am clinically trained, my approach is anything but clinical. I have a genuine passion for helping others. I understand you are unique. I approach my work with warmth, kindness, and compassion while gently challenging (where helpful in working towards your goals) at a comfortable pace for you. I am committed in helping you align your life with your strengths and values, empowering you to optimize qualities in your daily life.
I take a practical approach, adapting the type of therapy to whatever suits you best. I very much, look forward to meeting you and working together to help you achieve real change in whatever is most important for you now.
