What we treat
I am a friendly and compassionate early career psychologist with four years of experience supporting individuals with their mental health and wellbeing. I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable, supported, and able to speak openly about their experiences. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person, using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I hope to help you better understand yourself, develop helpful coping strategies, and build the confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
I am a generally registered psychologist who completed my Honours degree in Psychology at the University of Adelaide in 2021 and a two-year supervised internship to achieve full registration. I work with people across the lifespan, experiencing a range of life challenges and aim to provide practical, evidence-based support that helps clients build coping skills, confidence, and wellbeing. I value creating a warm and collaborative space where we can work together towards meaningful change.
