What we treat
I am a registered psychologist with extensive experience in trauma-informed care, digital mental health, and clinical leadership. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In my private practice, I create a supportive and collaborative space, helping clients build resilience, regain confidence, and achieve lasting personal growth.
Treatment approaches are being updated.
I am a registered psychologist passionate about supporting people through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you feel more confident, in control, and supported in daily life. I take a collaborative approach, tailoring strategies to your goals, and am currently completing a Master’s in Business Psychology to deepen my understanding of wellbeing in both personal and professional contexts.; I have over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals with complex mental health presentations, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and experiences of family and domestic violence. My work spans adult and youth populations, including roles in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and supporting veterans and people facing significant life stressors. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I have also led teams and contributed to program development, ensuring services are tailored to each person’s unique needs.
