What to expect from here
We make scheduling an appointment with one of our psychologists easy.
Step One: Choose your psychologist
Select from our team of psychologists who you'd like to see - or just select to see the next available psychologist.
Step Two: Find a time
Choose a time that works best for you. There are appointments available 7 days a week and you can often book appointments for tomorrow.
Step Three: Contact & Payment Info
Enter your name, mobile number and date of birth to confirm your appointment.
You'll also need to provide a bank card which isn't charged. It'll just be stored in case you miss an appointment - then a $40 missed appointment fee will apply.
Step Four: Upload your GP referral or schedule a time with our GP
If you already have a GP referral you can upload it securely when booking your appointment.
Otherwise, jump over here to create an account and schedule an appointment with our GP first.
Step Five: Check your inbox
We'll send you a confirmation email with your secure video call link and access to your my.someone.health account to manage your bookings.

Do I need a Mental Health Care Plan?

After that it’s just $40 after your Medicare rebate.

We also charge a small fee of $40 if you don’t attend your appointment or give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel it.
Do I need to install any apps?
You don’t need to install any apps to connect with your psychologist.
You’ll be provided a link via email and SMS that you can open on any smart phone, computer or tablet that opens up in your web browser to connect you to your psychologist.
