You acknowledge and consent to your child seeking, obtaining, or consenting to:
Creating a client account;
Booking a psychology appointment with someone.health;
Receiving treatment from a psychologist working with someone.health, and;
Attending with my child in an initial consultation with my child’s psychologist to discuss confidentiality, limits of confidentiality, and any other relevant aspects of therapy.
