I am a generally registered psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I hold a Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical) and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across private practice and non profit settings. My background includes providing diagnosis, treatment, clinical assessments, and cognitive assessments for a range of presentations, including anxiety and mood disorders, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, stress, burnout, self-esteem, identity and interpersonal challenges.
I am committed to creating a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported. I combine a goal-oriented approach with a touch of humour where appropriate. Together, we will work to deepen your self-awareness, build on your natural strengths, and focus on the personal goals that matter most to you.
I use evidence based interventions tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering space where clients feel understood and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
