I am a compassionate Registered Psychologist with over ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across school, private practice and NDIS settings. I specialise in working with complex presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, autism, and comorbid conditions. My experience includes school-based counselling for young people aged 6–17, NDIS participants and workplace rehabilitation. I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed, strengths-based frameworks. I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build resilience, achieve their goals, and create lasting positive change.
